If you quoted coverage with Swyfft this week, you probably saw a button like the one above. Get E&S Quote. 

That’s because this button debuted last weekend as part of our Texas E&S Home Program. Now, when you enter an address that’s not eligible for our Admitted Home Program, you’re likely to get an offer of coverage through our E&S Program. That means fewer declines, more options. 

And like our Admitted Home Program, you can bind E&S Home coverage in about one minute.  Plus, all coverage is rated A- or better by AM Best.

Other Reasons to Love E&S Home:

  • More choices. You’ll have a market for homes in coastal areas and other tough-to-write places, Brazoria, Cameron and Hidalgo counties included. Check out our updated Texas Map for details.
  • Fewer declines. If you start a home quote that’s not eligible for admitted, it’s likely you’ll have the option to move the quote to E&S with one click.

While Quoting, Keep in Mind:

  • You will be presented with the carrier offering the best coverage and price combination.
  • Coverages and terms presented will vary depending on the carrier. Things like PC class, AOB exclusion, roofing payment schedule, water restrictions and sub-limits may apply.
  • Always customize the quote. Adjust coverages, deductibles, and credits appropriately. It can make a big difference in the final premium and it only takes a minute.
