FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE CLAIMS CENTER
Familiarize yourself with our claims reporting process. Visit our claims center and encourage your customers to do the same. You’ll find valuable information about reporting a claim, the process, our customer claims portal, emergency response and Direct Repair Network.

Maintain Your Account
Be sure we have updated Agent email addresses, updated E&O’s and licenses. Also, make sure we have your ACH Agreement on file.
Sign Up for ACH Commission Payments
Commissions are paid via ACH. It’s fast and delivered directly to your account. You should have filled out the ACH agreement in your Agency Partnership Kit at the time you were appointed. If for some reason you didnt, please contact us at [email protected].
