NEW! Annual Rental Endorsement. We’ll be taking care of the transition behind the scenes.
- Single Annual Tenant. Endorsement applies to single annual tenants only and is available through our Lloyd’s program.
- Short-term rental coverage (< 21 weeks) is also available through Lloyd’s.
NEW! Lower Minimum Earned Premium.
- Topa E&S Personal Lines: Decreased from 75% MEP to 50% MEP effective in Hurricane Season.
- Lloyd’s E&S Personal Lines: Decreased from 75% MEP to 25% MEP effective in Hurricane Season.
NEW! Carrier Update.
