MEET
Chrissy Rotondo hails to us from none other than our very own Swyfft Team – the Billing Dept. to be exact. We watched Chrissy be a devoted team player, effective communicator and problem solve like a boss. Naturally, we stole her to join us in Sales and Marketing. Just kidding. But she did make the transition into her current role of Agency Coordinator seamlessly for those wondering.
Chrissy’s journey into the insurance world may have started by way of her bookkeeping and accounting experience. But as you probably guessed, she’s since expanded her knowledge to other areas of the industry. Which means new experiences and exciting opportunities.
Speaking of, one of her favorite memories at Swyfft is when she had the chance to travel to Tallahassee to meet her new Team. We’d like to think the exciting part was seeing all of us. In reality, it was her first travel opportunity – EVER. Not only had Chrissy never traveled for work before, but she had never traveled alone.
Fast forward: a couple more flights to Florida later, she’s pretty much a pro now.
And she’s great at other things. Like walking her dog, Penny. Seriously. Mother nature could throw torrential rains, snowball sized hail, blazing heat, or a sub-zero blizzard, but Chrissy will always make sure to get out and enjoy an energizing walk with her pup. Lucky Penny!
Her determination doesn’t stop there. She enjoys working out, journaling, and grabbing a heaping cup of coffee (non-decaf of course) before starting her workday.
Through all her multi-tasking and attention to detail she still likes to keep things fun and enjoy the little things in life. Her humor, quick wit and fun-loving personality are just some of the things that make Chrissy a wonderful teammate. Plus, she’ll always check to make sure you aren’t on the phone before she spontaneously serenades you with, “I WANNA DANCE WITH SOMEBODY” by Whitney Houston. This song never fails to make Chrissy smile, and her contagious and energetic personality is proven to make you smile as well.
