Annual Rental Endorsement
On Monday, you will start seeing the annual rental endorsement when quoting E&S home policies through Lloyd’s. Until now, only a short-term rental (<21 weeks) option was available through our Lloyd’s program.
If you are unfamiliar with the endorsement, here are the highlights:
- Single Annual Tenant. Endorsement applies to single annual tenants only.
- Occupancy Clause. Please review the endorsement to familiarize yourself and learn more.
As a reminder, a Diligent Effort Form is required for all E&S New and Renewal business. Without it, your login will be blocked. Refer to our E&S Home Pocket Guide to learn more.
How do I select the Rental Endorsement?
When quoting an E&S home policy, the option to add the endorsement is found under the Residence Usage section, shown below.
